For that purpose fatty acid profil, ω-6 and ω-3 ratio, atherogenic, thrombogenicity indexes and ratio of hypocholesterolemic to hypercholesterolemic were analysed. The study also included the investigation of the content of fat-soluble vitamins and the content of bioactive compounds as well as antioxidant capacity.
